Art Hovsepian grew up in La Crescenta, California and attended Crescenta Valley High School and continued his education at California State University Northridge. He graduated with honors and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Minor in Accounting.
Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Art worked as the Foreclosure Litigation Vice President at Bank of America Corp. He helped spear head the largest portfolio of consumer law suits against the bank during the foreclosure crisis. Art’S role required him to maintain a 80% travel schedule, appearing in court houses in over 30 states and 100’s of cities. His positive energy and outgoing personality enabled Art to network with many high ranking financial and government leaders across the country. By the time he left Bank of America, Art was responsible for settling some of the largest civil cases pertaining to real property foreclosure.
His entrepreneurial skills & production goals were recognized by the top leaders of the firm and he was inducted into an elite group of professionals who received personalized business and leadership training by the firm’s finest brokers. His experience in financial services has proven monumental in enabling his high net-worth real estate clients in making solid decisions for their financial futures.
